Noble Construction Group’s objective is to provide our clients with the highest level of quality at the lowest possible cost.  Reasonable and accurate budgets ensure that our objective is achieved.  At the inception of design documents, we will produce a baseline budget.  That budget will  be continually refined as the project progresses.  A major component to establishing realistic budgets is a constant stream of communication with the subcontractors and vendors in the market.  The information we gather from our field of contractors provides us with the most current market pricing.  Our conceptual budgets are fully detailed by trade and will provide our Owners with quantity, unit costs, and allowances.  We hold budget review meetings with the Owner and Design Teams to analyze and evaluate project-specific issues that affect pricing

During the conceptual budget development stage, our team will analyze the proposed details and methodologies that are being contemplated by the design team to ensure these practices are best suited for your project.  With the aid of modern technology, Noble Construction Group is able to assist determining if the drawings and specifications that are being prepared reflect what is common on the project site at issue or project construction sites generally

Preliminary studies are undertaken to review, determine, and document if a specific building system presented by the design team is a viable product.  NCG will review and analyze such systems to provide you with a detailed report, allowing you to make an informed decision on the product. This comes from our many years of experience in the industry, as well as our understanding of today’s marketplace.

Construction takes time, and time is money.  Proper scheduling and understanding the lead time for materials, equipment, and labor is essential to a successful project.  Throughout the project, Noble Construction Group will develop detailed schedules with target dates established for design deliverables, bidding, contract award, shop drawings, submittals, and construction. Schedules developed during the preconstruction phase are carried into the construction phase, where they are updated regularly.
