Mr. Goldstein joined Noble as General Counsel in 2015 after serving as Noble’s outside counsel since the company’s formation in 2010. Mr. Goldstein oversees all aspects of Noble’s operations, working closely with each of Noble’s team leaders.
Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Goldstein was a litigation partner at Morrison Cohen LLP, where he routinely represented owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors with their litigation and transactional needs.
He graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University in 1996 where he received his B.S. in Business Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 1999.
