Mr. Geerlof co-founded Noble in 2010 and is its Chief Executive Officer. His unwavering dedication to Noble has created one of the top construction management firms in the tri-state area out of a small Congers, NY-based startup.

In addition to his administration of Noble’s home office operations, Mr. Geerlof is intimately involved in all aspects of Noble’s projects, from development through construction and close-out. He is routinely consulted by owners, architects, and contractors during each phase to ensure that the most cost-effective and timely methods are being utilized. Mr. Geerlof attends project meetings, reviews monthly requisitions and cost reports, and creates/monitors project schedules.

Prior to forming Noble, Mr. Geerlof was responsible for the pre-development and management of several hi-rise residential buildings for a leading New York-based construction management company and a national public developer.

Mr. Geerlof received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Widener University.

Mr. Becker co-founded Noble in 2010 and is its President. He has been instrumental in ensuring that all clients receive senior level attention through his hands-on involvement with Noble’s projects. This dedication has solidified Noble’s status as a premier tri-state area construction management firm.

Mr. Becker is responsible for the day-to-day management of field staff and project operations. He is associated with project scheduling, site safety, construction details, and project reporting. His on-site involvement allows him to act as the liaison between Noble’s corporate office and field operations.

Mr. Becker started his career in the field as a union carpenter, and become a chief estimator. He then owned and operated several companies, and gained over thirty years’ experience in heavy construction, general contracting, and corporate interiors.

Mr. Goldstein joined Noble Construction Group as General Counsel in 2015 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2016 after serving as Noble’s outside counsel since the company’s formation in 2010. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Goldstein oversees all aspects of Noble’s operations, working closely with each of Noble’s team leaders. In his role as General Counsel, Mr. Goldstein brings more than twenty years’ experience as a construction industry attorney to the company.

Prior to joining NCG, Mr. Goldstein was a litigation partner at Morrison Cohen LLP, where he routinely represented owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors with their litigation and transactional needs.

Mr. Goldstein graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. DiFalco has over thirty years experience in the tri-state area construction industry as a Union Carpenter, General Foreman, and currently as a Project Superintendent. In his current role, Mr. DiFalco is responsible for all field related activities involved in the construction the project, including, supervision of subcontracted work, project scheduling, coordination, site safety and daily reporting. Throughout his extensive career, Mr. DiFalco has coordinated with developers, architects and contractors to provide the technical skills and experience needed to ensure that his projects are completed on time, meet all local jurisdictional code requirements and exceed quality control standards. Mr. DiFalco has been with Noble since it’s inception and prior to Noble, he was a General Superintendent at a large Construction Management firm in New York, Westchester and New Jersey.

Mr. DiFalco has his NYC Construction Superintendent and OSHA certificates.

Mr. Feinstein, has over 35 years of construction experience from Pre-construction services to Project Management and Estimating / Purchasing.

As Director of Purchasing and Estimating, Mr. Feinstein manages material purchasing, acquisition of services, scheduling, bidding, leveling, scope evaluation, recommendations, contract negotiation, contract administration, and cost control brings a high level of leadership to the Noble Team.

Mr. Feinstein holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture, with a Minor in Construction Management, Real Estate and Finance from New York Institute of Technology. He also holds a Liberal Arts Degree from The University of Hartford.

Mr. Fusco brings twenty years’ worth of construction and real estate development experience to Noble. Having successfully completed a wide variety of projects for both developers and construction management firms, he provides a wide range of construction knowledge to the team. Past projects include (but are not limited to) luxury hi-rise rentals and condominiums, commercial office buildings, warehouse facilities, low-rise commercial and retail complexes, assisted living facilities, and houses of worship.

With a focus on the pre-construction, value engineering, budgeting, and purchasing aspects of the process, Mr. Fusco works closely with our clients to bring projects from the design phase to construction within the constraints of the target budget.

Mr. Fusco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and has attended the Tulane University School of Architecture.

Mr. Jones has over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry. He has a diverse project portfolio which includes high rise residential towers, commercial, multifamily, commercial interiors, and high end residential homes. His responsibilities have included the positions of superintendent, estimator and purchasing manager.

Mr. Jones has managed the successful completion of multimillion dollar projects by focusing on the coordinating trades and developing meaningful working relationships with architects, engineers, building officials, and clients. He is very energetic and goal oriented, and he continues to push each project with critical path schedules, efficiency, and profitability in mind.

Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science in Multinational Business and Marketing from Florida State University.

Mr. Leahy is an experienced project superintendent with comprehensive background in all preconstruction and construction phases of a project. He is responsible for the on-site day to day management of all the project field staff, overseeing the safety and on-site logistics. Mr. Leahy has over 14 years’ experience in schedule development, foundations, concrete, site, logistical, permitting and structural work, coupled with his detailed approach to finishes, makes him an asset to any project.

Mr. Leahy works diligently to exceed expectations on scheduled milestone, client updates, municipality communication and all other project requirements. Mr. Leahy has worked on residential/commercial high-rise, data centers, high-end office space, landmark buildings, brownfield and television/radio space jobs.

In the U.S. Army Reserves Mr. Leahy has earned the rank of Captain as an Army Engineer. In this role, he has worked on bridges, roads, commercial buildings and environmental remediation both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Mastropietro is a Project Manager focused in high-rise residential projects. After joining Noble in 2019, he has been involved in all aspects of project planning & delivery. This includes the successful completion of a 34-Story condominium building in Midtown Manhattan.

Overseeing project teams, Mr. Mastropietro assures projects adhere to the schedule & budgetary targets expected by Noble’s clients. This is while working to ensure advancement without sacrifice in quality. With a passion for communication, he strives to develop cohesive relationships between project stakeholders in effort to limit conflicts and facilitate the coordination of the overall team.

Mr. Mastropietro attended the University of Maryland where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Project Management.

Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Mastropietro worked for a global construction management firm. Based out of their Manhattan Office, he assisted in management of diverse projects on behalf of institutional clients.

Mr. Ravn is a motivated, goal-orientated professional with a wide range of construction knowledge and a focus on MEP operations. His primary role includes working closely with developers, consultants and subcontractors to target critical milestones and meet deadlines.

Mr. Ravn is intimately involved in all phases of the construction process including value engineering and procurement, city agencies and approvals, project and cost management through final sign offs and turnovers.

Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Ravn’s experience includes working for a construction management firm in New York City with a focus in MEP, managing large scale residential and commercial developments. Additionally, he has worked for a large design engineering firm working on building systems design.

Mr. Ravn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Extensive knowledge in project management and development process, design build, budget analysis, project coordination, construction methods, quality control, work site safety. A trained and effective negotiator, with a proven track record in completing projects on time and within budget.

Mr. Rugolo has forged solid relationships with developers, community groups, contractors and suppliers ensuring project success. As a trained public speaker, he has effectively addressed and calmed community concerns. Mr. Rugolo is also a safety professional with OSHA training certifications. This knowledge and experience ensures the project site meets or exceeds all NYC rules and regulations to help prevent incidents and work stoppages.

Mr. Slattery has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. He is a is a highly motivated and results-oriented project professional with experience in residential mid & hi-rises, commercial fit-outs and healthcare facilities in the New York Metropolitan area. Since joining the Noble team, Mr. Slattery has been involved in several aspects of Noble’s operations, including project accounting, estimating, purchasing, field supervision and project management.

Mr. Slattery’s purchasing responsibilities include all phases of the purchasing process from design review through bidding and trade buyouts, Mr. Slattery works in conjunction with owners and design teams to get projects entirely procured within budget. His Quality Assurance/Quality Control responsibilities throughout Noble’s projects, Mr. Slattery works with various departments to ensure projects are being implemented & maintained in accordance with company procedures & standards. With the intent of maintaining the highest level of standards, all documentation & cost controls are thoroughly reviewed.

Mr. Slattery received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Economics from Seton Hall University. He holds SST Supervisor credentials and is a LEED Green Associate.

Mr. Stewart is a highly capable project manager who prioritizes team building, goal driven results that exceed project expectations in safety, quality, schedule and budget. Mr. Stewart joined Noble Construction in the spring of 2016 as an assistant superintendent where he began working on a 35 Story, 421-Unit residential apartment building in Jersey City. Since then, Mr. Stewart has delivered over 1,000 units in the New York City metropolitan area in a superintendent role. Mr. Stewart’s knowledge and experience gained during his time as a superintendent has proven invaluable in his role as project manager.

Mr. Stewart received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. Mr. Stewart currently holds an Engineer in Training Certificate and is working towards his Professional Engineer licensure.

Mr. Sydney is Noble’s Chief Financial Officer. He brings thirty years’ experience in both the private and public business sectors to his position at Noble. Mr. Sydney is responsible for managing Noble’s day-to-day financial, quality control and information technology functions. He is intimately involved in all phases of Noble’s home office and project specific operations. As such, he is relied upon by not only Noble’s staff, but also its clients, contractors and vendors to provide up to the minute reporting and problem solving.

Mr. Sydney received his BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College.

Mr. Tomack is a highly accomplished construction executive with thirty-four years of commercial, residential, and hi-rise project experience in New York City and the greater metropolitan area. He is a driven and dynamic project leader who has earned the trust and respect of developers and contractors alike. Serving as the Executive Vice President, Operational Support, he is the link between the company’s principals and operational functions. Mr. Tomack has been with Noble since its inception and has been a tremendous part of the company’s growth and success.

Throughout his career, Mr. Tomack’s management skills and technical expertise have resulted in his exceeding schedule, fiscal, and quality goals established by the foremost developers and builders that have retained Noble.

Mr. Tomack attended the University of Maryland where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance and Construction Technology.

Mr. Tomack is an OSHA-certified “Competent Person” and Department of Environmental Protection-certified Asbestos Handler/Work in the State of New York.

Mr. Valinoti has over thirty years of experience in the New York construction and interior/retail renovation industry as a Project Executive, Project Manager, and Construction Manager. Over the course of his career, he has been integral in the successful renovations of corporate offices, retails stores, and showrooms for, among others, Giorgio Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, Estee Lauder, Laurel Cosmetics, S.L. Green, and Diane Van Furstenberg.

As a Project Executive for Noble, Mr. Valinoti continues to utilize his technical expertise and management skills to assist New York’s premier developers and builders to complete their projects on time and within the stated budgetary parameters.

Mr. Villanueva is Noble’s Corporate Safety Director. He brings 12 years’ of dedicated occupational safety and health experience in both the civil and building industries to his position at Noble. Mr. Villanueva has managed world class health & safety programs which include the World Trade Center Transit Hall Foundations Greenwich corridor project, East Side Access Infrastructure Projects, as well as the Hudson Yards Platform Overbuild, Amtrak Gateway Tunnels Phases 1 & 2, and LIRR Maintenance of Equipment facility rebuild.

He is responsible for managing Noble’s day-to-day environmental, health, and safety operations. He is intimately involved in all phases of Noble’s safety planning and intra agency coordination. Mr. Villanueva interfaces with each Noble jobsite on regular basis to ensure conformance with Noble HASP and Federal, State, Local requirements.

Mr. Villanueva holds the credential of Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), is an authorized OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer, an FDNY Construction Site Fire Safety Manager, an NCCCO Mobile Crane Inspector, and holds the NYC Department of Buildings Concrete Safety and Site Safety Coordinator’s Licenses.

He holds over 10 years of experience as a member of NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene’s Medical Reserve Core. Mr. Villanueva also serves on the NYC Department of Buildings Site Safety Training Taskforce, overseeing the development and rollout of industry wide training related to Local Law 196.

Mr. Villanueva is working towards a BS in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University.

Mr. Wilson is a seasoned construction executive with over twenty-five years of commercial and hi-rise project experience in New York City and the greater metropolitan area. He is a motivated, goal-orientated leader with expertise in all phases of development and construction. Having served roles as a subcontractor, consultant, construction manager, and developer, he brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to the project team.

Focused on the most critical aspects of a development, Mr. Wilson balances the primary issues of budget, schedule and quality. He is skilled at resolving conflicts while maintaining exceptional relationships with developers, consultants, and subcontractors. These traits, coupled with his critical management and technical capabilities, have contributed to his team continually exceeding targets for many of New York’s premier developers and builders.

Mr. Wilson attended the University of Connecticut where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and took additional course work in Civil Engineering. He previously earned an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in HVAC design from Hartford State Technical College.

Mr. Wilson is a Registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and New York, and holds Unlimited Contractor Licenses for HVAC and Plumbing in Connecticut and is a USGBC LEED AP BD+C.
