Renovation and repositioning of a 105,000 sqft freezer storage facility to convertible freezer/refrigerated storage space.  The site features 20 loading docks, 185 feet of railroad loading dock, office space and state of the art industrial refrigeration control.  The facility can accommodate roughly 10,800 pallet spaces and has onsite parking for 20 trailers.  Renovations included new roofing, replacement of all dock doors and seals, new ammonia piping, insulation and controls, site pavement and new pre-action fire suppression system among other improvements to this asset.
