Mr. Healy is an experienced Senior Project Manager focused in high-rise residential projects in the Jersey City market. He has well over 30 years of structural concrete construction experience, the last 20 of which were spent in various leadership positions. After joining Noble in 2023, he has been involved in all aspects of project planning & delivery for the 55 Hudson project.
Overseeing project teams, Mr. Healy assures projects adhere to the schedule & budgetary targets expected by Noble’s clients. This is while working to ensure advancement without sacrifice in quality. With a passion for communication, he strives to develop cohesive relationships between project stakeholders in effort to limit conflicts and facilitate the coordination of the overall team.
Mr. Healy attended Arizona State University where he studied towards a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Healy earned the rank of Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard, ran his own construction management company, worked for a few general contractors as well as two publicly traded self-performing developers. Spending the majority of his career in Jersey City, he led the management of 10 residential high-rise projects, several mid-rise projects, a number of smaller projects and scores of single-family homes on behalf of a number of notable clients.
