New Jersey Projects

The second phase of a two-tower, mixed-use residential development on the Hudson River. The project is being developed on the existing footprint of an existing subsurface parking garage. The tower will rise 476 feet with a 2-story podium base. The façade will be all glass and the amenities will include pool, fitness center, dog run, grills, lounge and pickleball courts.
