The custom window wall and brick facade that features a “ribbon” lite metal panel eyebrow that wraps from the ground floor to the rooftop amenity at the 8th floor ties into its sister building from Phase 1A. The building garage ties into the existing Phase 1A building, along with the common courtyard at the 8th floor terrace. The 8th floor indoor amenity features a fitness center, sports bar, lounge, game room kids’ room and dining area with private kitchen.
