Joint Venture with Consigli Construction. This project is the 3rd building of a multi-building mixed use development in the heart of Jersey City. With over 1.3MMSF, this is one of the largest buildings in Jersey City. The building will include a 50,000+SF amenity and outdoor terrace, ground floor landscaping and an all glass facade. The building will be the new home of a national supermarket, with over 85,000+SF of space on the second floor.
