QC Terme – Governors Island – Phase I
The project consists of the renovation of 3 Landmark buildings into a luxury Spa and Wellness Center. The facades are being restored with copper leaders, new/refurbished windows and re-pointed masonry facade. This European spa includes 3 custom, year-round, outdoor pools in the courtyards between the buildings, including an extensive snow melt system at all paved walkways and areas. The amenities include saunas, steam rooms, wellness rooms, walking baths and water features throughout the interior.
