QC Terme – Governors Island – Phase III
The Phase II work is the renovation of an existing four (4) story Landmark building, 111 Andes Road, on Governors Island which is considered part of Manhattan and is owned by the State of New York, managed by the Trust for Governors Island, and leased by Q.C. Terme to be reconstructed to house a Wellness Center, Spa Amenities. The main focus of the new build-out will be a state-of-the-art Kitchen and Restaurant, along with additional outdoor seasonal dining areas. The Restaurant and Bar will be accessible to Q.C. Terme Customers.
