The Legacy at Kissimmee is private project with the City of Kissimmee. The construction project will be 256 market rate residential units consisting of three 4 – story residential apartment buildings with open breezeways, and three 3–story “Carriage Houses”. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, two playground areas, business center, clubhouse area, a dog wash building and park, and two (2) detached 6-Bay Garages. In addition, there is a maintenance building and a trash compactor in this residential community.
